Mushrooms

A stone's throw from the Metropolitan, in a former warehouse in the Chabanel district, Redfrog Lab grows mushrooms like no one else in Quebec: on shelves, under LEDs, year-round, with no compromise. No pesticides. No truck crossing the province. Just a hand-harvest in the morning and delivery before the mushroom has had time to lose its bite.
