Wild & market produce

Everything else we produce grows indoors, under light, twelve months a year. This section does exactly the opposite. Our edible flowers are grown on our own farm, year-round. Hot peppers and foraged products remain seasonal items sourced from Quebec foragers and market growers, and what is available changes every month.
